AMATHUBA LEARNERSHIP OLD MUTUAL 2024 – Matric required
Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven young individuals to participate in our Amathuba Learnership program. This program offers learners the opportunity to attain the Wealth Management NQF Level 4 qualification while gaining valuable on-the-job experience. The Wealth Management NQF Level 4 qualification is accredited and recognized by the Financial Services Provider (FSP). Engaging in our Learnerships exposes you to various career paths such as Underwriting, financial investment advising, insurance brokerage, and more.
Learners will be paired with mentors who will provide guidance to ensure their success in their roles. Participants will undergo a 12-month program involving both workplace and classroom experiences. They will be required to maintain a logbook throughout the learnership duration and will gain exposure to a wide range of financial products, legislation, and business ethics. Additionally, learners will have the opportunity to contribute to Corporate Social Investment (CSI) projects.
Requirements:
- South African citizenship, aged between 18-28
- Currently unemployed and not pursuing another qualification at a different educational institution
- No previous participation in a wealth management NQF4 learnership program
- Completed grade 12 or NQF level 4 equivalent
- Attained the following marks: English (50% or above), an Official second language (50% or above), and Pure maths (50% or above) or Maths literacy (50% or above)
- Available to commence the Amathuba Learnership program on March 1, 2024

Application Process:

- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete online assessments.
- Further shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an interview.
- Final interviews with line managers will be conducted for the last shortlist of candidates.
- Offers will be extended to successful applicants by the end of February, with the Learnership commencing on March 1, 2024.
